California Party Plan Network, turning a new leaf.

A few years ago, I started California Party Plan Network. This was my first venture into social networking. It was fun and I made some good friends along the way.

I learned a great deal about the home party plan businesses and even dipped my toe into the pool and tried out as a consultant for a few of them. I sold Tupperware and Mia Bella Candles for a bit. Still, my real estate career took priority and as my career took off, I no longer had the time to devote to designing web pages for free. Although California Party Plan Network was a labor of love, it taught me valuable skills that helped me move forward in the world of SEO.

Funny thing is, I still get the occasional phone call from someone who is looking for an event planner. (Who would have known the name would encompass this big of an arena.) What began as a way to provide a local directory of party plan consultants quickly attracted every kind of “party” professional.
